CASTLE Faculty Fellows
June 11, 2020
CASTLE has selected six faculty members to serve as Faculty Fellows for the Summer 2020 term, with support from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. CASTLE Faculty Fellows will support Drexel faculty who teach undergraduate STEM courses in implementing effective online/remote teaching and learning to ensure high value learning experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. This support will come in the form of “just-in-time” interactions with faculty to answer questions and/or provide resources to help these faculty with their teaching; engagement in CASTLE community events to infuse additional expertise into these events that support the community; and the development of additional resources to support Drexel faculty in their teaching. The following faculty members were selected from a very competitive applicant pool.
- Meshagae Hunte-Brown, Ph.D.
Teaching Professor, Department of Biology
- Jeremy Johnson, Ph.D.
Professor and Department Head, Department of Computer Science
- Christina Love, Ph.D.

- James Mitchell
Professor, Department of Civil, Architectural & Environmental Engineering
- Dimitri Papadopoulos, Ed.D.
